This zucchini side is a healthy, fresh and flavorful dish that everyone can enjoy from Chungah Rhee of Damn Delicious.Ingredients | Tin Foil Fish¼ cup unsalted butter, melted¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese1 teaspoon dried basil1 teaspoon dried oreganoKosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste4 zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch rounds2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leavesReynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Aluminum FoilDirectionsPreheat a gas or charcoal grill over high heat.Whisk together butter, Parmesan, basil and oregano; season with salt and pepper to taste.Divide zucchini among 3 or 4 sheets of Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil. Spoon butter mixture over zucchini. Bring up foil sides.
