I love this recipe in my slow cooker, especially since there is minimal prep. No bacon to fry, so the slow cooker is the only dish you will get dirty. If you have dry ranch mix on hand, I have really enjoyed this variation!Ingredients | Vegan Baked Potato Recipes Easy10 red potatoes, cut into cubes3 tablespoons all-purpose flour¾ cup real bacon bits1 small red onion, chopped1 clove garlic, minced2 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix2 teaspoons dried parsley1 teaspoon seasoned salt½ teaspoon ground black pepper3 cups water1 cup half-and-half½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese, or to taste¼ cup chopped green onion, or to tasteDirectionsPut potatoes in the bottom of your slow cooker crock.
