I always buy paneer packets and keep them handy in my freezer for emergencies!Ingredients | Aloo Matar Dry Sabzi1 cup peas2 tablespoons vegetable oil, or as needed4 tomatoes, chopped2 onions, chopped1 (2 inch) piece fresh ginger, minced2 cloves garlic, chopped2 teaspoons ground coriander1 teaspoon cumin seeds½ teaspoon ground turmeric2 teaspoons curd (plain yogurt)½ teaspoon red chile powder12 ounces paneer, cubedsalt to taste2 sprigs fresh cilantro, leaves picked from stemsDirectionsBring a pot of water to a boil; add peas and cook for 10 minutes. Drain.Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat; add tomatoes, onions, ginger, garlic, coriander, cumin, and turmeric. Cook and stir mixture until heated through and fragrant, 2 to 3 minutes. Add curd to tomato mixture and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes; stir in red chile powder.Mix chile powder into tomato mixture.
