I'm not a broccoli fan in general, but this is really tasty.Ingredients | Chicken Broccoli Cheddar Soup1 teaspoon vegetable oil, or as needed1 (16 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed1 cup bread crumbs1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese3 eggs½ teaspoon dried basil½ teaspoon dried oregano¼ teaspoon garlic powderDirectionsPreheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet with oil.Place a steamer insert into a saucepan and fill with water to just below the bottom of the steamer. Bring water to a boil; add broccoli, cover, and steam until tender, 2 to 6 minutes. Let broccoli cool at room temperature until cool enough to touch.Transfer broccoli into a large mixing bowl. Add bread crumbs, Cheddar cheese, eggs, basil, oregano, and garlic powder to the broccoli; mix.
